Sure2Sleep Return and Refund Policy

100-Night Risk-Free Trial
At Sure2Sleep, we stand behind our products and want you to have the best sleep experience possible. That’s why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all Sure2Sleep mattresses and mattress toppers. If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 100 nights, you can return your product for a full refund.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be within the 100-night trial period.
  • The product must be in good condition with no stains, tears, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from Sure2Sleep.com or an authorized retailer.

How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return your Sure2Sleep product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@sure2sleep.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will provide instructions on how to process the return, including donation or disposal options where applicable.
  3. Once the return is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Warranty and Exchanges
Sure2Sleep products are covered by our No-Nonsense Warranty, which protects against material and workmanship defects. If your product is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Warranty claims are separate from the 100-night trial and do not qualify for refunds but may result in a product exchange.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return verification.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • Orders placed outside of Sure2Sleep.com or unauthorized retailers.
  • Pillows and other accessories (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).
