Rhode Island Mattress Recycling Fee

Rhode Island's General Law 23-90 mandates that mattress manufacturers establish a statewide recycling program, which started on May 1, 2016. The Mattress Recycling Council (MRC) administers the program, known as Bye Bye Mattress.
